My friend Jess likes long walks with her dog, Lucy, and I like to go.  This is part of the Washington Crossing State Park and Pennsylvania Canal that is located behind the Thompson Neely House.

Maitake Mushrooms

I had a visit with my handsome nephew who brought a gift.  MAITAKE MUSHROOM.  I had never seen nor heard of it.  It came with a recipe so I made it and ate it and with just a little Nancy add on of Soy Sauce it was pretty good.  Looked kinda wierd but tasted just fine.
