A Rarity

I hardly ever post twice in one day but this is just such a coincidence
A visit to the eye doctor today suggested I had dry eye and I was given these samples
to lubricate my eyes.

 

Of course when I got home I Googled dry eye, then selected the American Optometric Association link.  It gave a clear and concise description of cause, diagnoses and treatment.  It was this last line that brought me back here today

"Avoiding becoming dehydrated by drinking plenty of water (8 to 10 glasses) each day."

 

Im going to get a glass now.
