Day two and we were still wandering fairly aimlessly. Walked over the Lamberth Bridge passing Westminster Abby and the Houses of Parliament. After tiring of aimless wandering we got ourselves completely lost before finally finding the Churchill War Rooms and Museum. I would recommend this highly to anyone visiting the area.
There are so many lovely gardens in the city we were pleased to find one to explore after contemplating war. The St. James Park was a joy to walk. The squirrels were approaching folks for nibbles and the park was filled with birds and ducks and swans and even pelicans.
We ended the day with snacks and drinks and met some fun people at the Locale Cucina Italiana.
